Conditions of Return
Airius must be notified of a return request within 90 calendar days from the original delivery date. Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving the Return Material Authorization (RMA).
- Products that have not been installed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Products that have been installed are final sale and non-refundable.
- An additional service fee and/or parts replacement fee may be applied for any product that is returned missing components, damaged in shipment, or modified in any way. These fees will be based on the material and labor costs required to restore the product to its original factory condition.
Process for Return
- Customers must submit a return request by filling out the online return form.
- Once eligibility and applicable restocking fees are determined, Airius will provide an RMA number and return shipping address.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and freight costs associated with the return. The product must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Airius is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
- Once received, Airius will inspect the product to ensure all components are intact and undamaged.
- The original purchase amount, minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs, will be refunded.
- Refunds will be applied to the original payment method if applicable. If a balance remains, a check will be issued and mailed to the billing address on the order.

All orders typically ship within 2–3 business days from the time the order is received. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of submission. After that time, the order will be processed and shipped as scheduled.
For returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and freight costs associated with returning the product.
